Bug Description

Elisa alpha3 installer doesn't uninstall alpha2 the first time is run on a computer, but it's able to find it the second time you run the installer.

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Install Elisa for windows alpha 2
2. Run the alpha3 installer.

The alpha3 installer should find the old version and ask the user to uninstall it. This doesn't happen the first time you run the installer, but the second one.

This bug was introduced in alpha2 because an old version of setup.nsi was used to create the installer and the names of the keys in the registry changed. This will happen anymore in the future.
