kernel panic with 2.6.26-2 (intrepid)

hi,
i'm testing Intrepid with virtualbox 1.6.2. at present time i can't install any daily cdimage: memtest is ok, image is ok but immediately after pressing install command, a kernel panic stop everything.

I've tested with nosplash, nopci, irqpoll bur no succeed

my config is: asus p5wdh, 8500gt, 4*1gb ddr2-800

note: i have no problem with kernel 2.6.24-19 (coming from an hardy dist-upgrade)

i'm testing with virtualbox 1.62:

- kernel 2.6.25 (sidux): all is ok
- daily intrepid (2.6.26-3): can't boot, kernel panic at the very beginning
- dist-upgrade of Hardy: 2.6.24-19 work fine, 2.6.26-3 crash when i try to load it (in the first seconds)
