[site] Missing translation strings

The following strings are missing on the translation file:
Uploaders:
submit text on the "types" submit button

- Timestamp of published packages
- Link direction (Menu: Applications -> Internet ->)
- Notes like: "This game requires a driver supporting 3D hardware acceleration."

The translated program descriptions are not not shown on the comments page for the application.

There are still the original/English descriptions displayed.

There is another bug with translated text, while " (double quotes) in the program description are displayed correctly everywhere in the original texts,
they are shown correctly in the program description on the main page but get an added \ (backslash) on the program page itself.

The bug was moved to the getdeb site code project.
