Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
Using Compiz-Fusion Cube Desktop to make my workspaces have different Backgrounds. To make each background different i had to disable "draw Desktop" int the settings.
The problem now is that my icons are gone, and unless i re-enable draw desktop, they will not come back.
In Nautilus there should be a setting that allows it to draw the icons but not the background.

thanks for your report, that sounds like a workaround for me. Nautilus should handle the backgrounds to allow you to set up differents to each workspace, that's a known issue and i'll mark it as dup of it.
