Once closed, window can never be opened again

Doesn't, but should:
- Open when the application icon is clicked
- Have a persistent entry in the Window menu (c.f. iCal and other "one permanent window" apps)

The "TweetTweet" entry in the Window menu did not work for you? It's buggy display wise but it brings the window back for me. Ends up with a duplicate entry etc.

Hmm. When I filed the original bug, I didn't see any such menu item, so either I managed to miss it when I was specifically looking for it, or some circumstance resulted in it not being present. However, in tests right now, I can't seem to get it to be missing, though you're right in that it's quite buggy.

Sounds like this should be split into (a) open when application icon is clicked, and (b) Window menu acts crazy. Solving the second will probably fix whatever caused the item to be missing in the first place (if in fact it was).
