qcommit: go off message edit area with Tab?

There is problematic point in qcommit: when user jump to message edit area there is no way to go out using only keyboard: Tab, Shift+Tab, Ctrl+Tab -- all this keyboard combinations produce tab symbol in edit area. I think it's not very usual to have tabs in commit message, so binding Tab to "jump to next widget" action should be reasonable tradeoff.

My use case: I often work on laptop without external mouse and try to use touchpad as little as possible.

I found that commit.py already has custom TextEdit widget where I can plug customization for Tab key.
