Bug Description
The other day I approved a merge proposal but entered the wrong revision number—I think the revno of the target branch was being used. I looked around for a way to change the revision number, but I couldn't find any.

I just had a brief look at doing this. I think there are a couple of angles you can take:
- Allow branches to go from "merged" back to other earlier states.
- Provide a way to edit the merge details post-merge.
I also notice that the revision number isn't actually *displayed* on the merge proposal.
