Bug Description
Description: Ubuntu 8.04
Release: 8.04
Kernel: 2.6.24-18-generic #1 SMP Wed May 28 20:27:26 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux
I went to Power Management and enabled Suspend after 11 minutes. I let the laptop go into suspend. Whenever I try to resume from suspend, I get a black screen with text, similar to what old-school DOS looks like. Except the text is a bunch of info that I have no clue what it's referring to. But it stays on that screen and I have to restart the laptop manually. I went into the pm.suspend log and it had something about a segmentation fault and that ath_pci failed to unload. I took some pictures of the screen also.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it, because your description didn't include enough information.
Please include the information as separate attachments:
* Output of uname -a
* uname -a > uname.txt
* Output of sudo lspci -vvnn
* sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci.txt
* Output of sudo dmidecode
* sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.txt
* Try to suspend/hibernate and then restart the system and attach /var/log/kern.log.0
* Tarball of /proc/acpi directory. You can't just tar all files because their content sometimes changes etc.
* cp -r /proc/acpi /tmp
* tar -cvjf ~/acpi.tar.bz /tmp/acpi
* attach acpi.tar.bz from your home directory
