Bug Description
Reports are coming in about problems with the auto-place function in the lookup window. At first I thought this was a FF3 problem because it seems that javascript stops working sometimes. First you can place, later you can't.
But now we have a report about 'all' browsers:
Yes, I read about that in the mailing list - but I tried it with FF2 (Linux),
FF3 and IE7 (Vista) and nothing happens after selecting the radio button. (the
lookup window doesn't close and no reference is placed.)
If we can't track this down, maybe we should put the 'place reference...' button back. (Of course, if js has stopped working this won't work either, but we're not sure that's the problem).

I think this one was resolved prior to the Silva 2.1 release.
