Citrix Presentation Server is accessed via Citrix Presentation Server Client for Linux version 10.6

Have you tried a different video driver? This looks like a video issue.

What kind of thin clients do you have?

I work with ubuntu 9.04 on a laptop and using citrix 11.0 and displaying a Win2003 system and I do also have this problem - though not always.

with different citrix versions in the last years, I have seen different problems with the keyboard, cut and paste and the one you filed here. but on the other hand there are a couple of options you can tweak on the citrix presentation server.

That doesn't look like an LTSP-specific issue, it should probably be filed against the specific video driver (or graphics toolkit) in use.
