Please sync osso-af-settings 0.9.2.debian.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Debian release of this package is based off of the Ubuntu packaging, and
the only real change between the base version and the current version is
that it has been re-autoconf'd. This can now be dropped. The package builds
and installs fine in an Intrepid chroot.
