Passwords for site sections are saved incorrectly

I have two web apps installed: dokuwiki and taskfreak. Dokuwiki is installed as a primary app and is accessed, for example, via http://aaa.bbb.ru. Taskfreak is installed using Apache alias, and is accessed via http://aaa.bbb.ru/taskfreak. I have the same logins - kostya - but different passwords. The bug is that FF3 stores password for site and login. When I enter password for Dokuwiki, password manager returns the same password for taskfreak. When I enter different password for taskfreak, password manager begins to offer the same password for dokuwiki. In FF2 everything was OK - I got filled-in different passwords for different web apps.

Running ubuntu 8.04 in virtualbox 1.6.2
