Evolution HTML acceptance dialog too big

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

I have a big family (100+ members) . So I just composed a mail directed to all of them.
But when I tried to send it, the dialog asking me to confirm they accept HTML pops up. But it's so huge, I can't click accept.
I solved it by making an extra vertical row of workspaces, but still it's silly. I couldn't move it with Alt+Drag or Window-Menu -> Move because the Window Manager restricts the windows from going above the top of the screen.

I've included a screenshot show the height of the dialog with the Expo plugin from Compiz.

Reproducability:

Send a mail to 50+ recipients.

Workaround:

Add workspaces or remove the acceptance dialog in the preferences

Suggestion:

Make the dialog resizeable, or include a listbox instead of just printing all names.
