Incorrect textbox size on some pages

On some pages Firefox is using incorrect size for textboxes. I've attached an example screenshot of this bug. At the moment I remember 2 pages where this occurs, irc-galleria.net and jouluserver.com. The problem look likes to occur when id="item_id" is used with <input type="text" .... /> tag. On the example page the size of textbox is declared with input-tag's size-option and id-parameter is used. Also on the other page where the problem occurs (irc-galleria.net) size is declared with same way and id-parameter is used.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.

I tried to reproduce the bug on Ubuntu 8.10 and it still occurs on jouluserver.com but not on irc-galleria.net. Only difference I can see in the HTML code for those web sites is that irc-galleria.net is using also class="" option with id="" option. Jouluserver.com uses only id="" option and is still having the problem.

Tried to reproduce on Ubuntu 9.04 and the problem still exists.

Is this still an issue?
Checking (irc-galleria.net) the page has changed since the bug report had been filed , and it looks[seems?] fine in Lucid.

The pages where the bug has occurred have all changed since I reported this bug but I think this wasn't a problem sometime ago when those pages were still unchanged so I think this isn't a problem any more.
