Bug Description

StartUp-Manager fails to launch, either launching from icon or command line. No error messages, just fails to do anything.

This problem first appeared after upgrading Ubuntu from Gutsy to Hardy.

Have tried both re-installing version from Ubuntu repository and installing the latest version from this site. No difference in either case.

Strange. Since I do not have any error messages or anything, I do not know what to do about it.

I know I'm not providing much to go on here. Is there anything I could do to generate some useful output? It does show up as a process in system monitor when I launch it, but only shows as sleeping and isn't using any CPU time.

Not sure if the two are related, but I'm having exactly the same issue with apport-gtk (Report a Problem app)...

I hope this error has disappeared by now, I have no idea how to generate anything useful. I guess it was an python error

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for your email. The issue did go away, but only after upgrading
to Intrepid!

Cheers,

Stuart
