Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I am experiencing very similar problem to bug #198198, but it is different in some respects and it just started doing this when I went from beta5 to the official release.
Steps to reproduce:
* firefox -> Bookmarks ->Organize Bookmarks:
trying to drag bookmarks and folders in the Library window, they look like they are being dragged, but dropping does nothing -- the dragged folder/file just retreats back where it started; no dotted box ever appears around destination folders in tree like happened when it worked. Same issue for ctrl+drag.
However unlike person in #198198 I do *not* have the problem with the system freezing, *nor* do i have the problem with folders getting deleted. Only the drag/drop thing is broken.

have to move bookmarks and folders via menu option, very inefficient & frustrating!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.
