Cleanup of the refresh dialog

The refresh button of awn-manager shows you a dialog that the awn bar is refreshed.
I've changed it, so it applies to the HIG guideline.

The patch must be done against awn-manager/awnManager.py, but that file isn't included in the bzr, why?

it's called "awn-manager/awnManager.py.in". At some point I'm probably going to rename it to awn-manager/awn-manager.in for sanity's sake.

But if the awnManager.py is created and we change awnManager.py.in and we compile, the system will not use the new awnManager.py.in, but the source of awnManager.py.
How can I solve that?

re-run ./config.status when you change it.

If you have configured your build with --enable-maintainer-mode, the build system will re-generate awn-manager/awnManager.py automatically.

Fixed in trunk in revision 475. It will be in the 0.2.7 branch shortly.
