Bug Description

We're planning a feature for Landscape that would benefit from the GPG keys users
have in Launchpad, once we switch over to being an OpenID consumer of it (which
is happening in the next milestone). We need to retrieve this information from Launchpad.

Why is it preferable to publish this as part of authentication rather than just pulling them from Launchpad using the Launchpad API? We shouldn't implement export of GPG keys twice unless there is a good reason.
