Bug Description

A distribution series architecture binary package page, such as <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/i386/pmount>, currently has a strange main heading derived from the package description.

The heading should be something like "“pmount” binary package in Ubuntu Hardy i386".

Retargeting to 3.0, which is the new name for 2.2.9. Haven't renamed the milestone as the 3.0 milestone is in a different series.
