Scale images bigger than resolution

Bug Description
I put my wallpapers in "Centered" mode, but I'd love if it would be possible to say "Centered, but scaled if the image is bigger than my screen resolution".
By example, if my resolution is 1024x768, and the wallpaper image is 1300x600, then scale it, and if the image is 800x600, then stay it centered.
