Bug Description
I am having this problem a few days ago. When starting do flash twice and goes out at the left edge of the computer- I don't use dual monitor- after re installation few time is fine and soon the problem is back...any suggestion?

I'm guessing that you're using compiz and have Awn set to load on startup. This is a problem with compiz's autostart feature. To fix this, please read the warning box at the following FAQ entry:
