Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
The problem is that the Hebrew translation is a good translation, but is not used in the KDE Settings.
Only one part of the program is written in Hebrew, another part of it is written in English and a little part is written in Spanish.

I can confirm this bug under kubuntu 7.10 and 8.04.
