Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Partial borders of very long blocks only show the border along some of their length.
In the attached file, the <pre> with a 'border-left' CSS styling only displays the left-hand border for some lines in the <pre>. On the other lines, the border evidently still exists, but is drawn transparently. The lines where borders are drawn change when the window is resized - if you don't see a left-hand border, scroll up or down the page.

Thank you for taking time to report this bug. I can not reproduce this on the latest Intrepid. Is this still an issue for you?
