Bug Description

I'm using nautilus to try and access a webdav folder. I am trying to access a folder by typing davs://site.org:2078, but it can't connect. I can access it in Firefox and also in nautilus non-securely (dav://site.org:2077). I've tried without the port at the end as well.

thank you for your bug report, what ubuntu version do you use? could you run /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd -r on a command line and then try to connect to the server and attach the log to the bug? what authentification is used on the server? could be similar to bug #251822

Hello all,

I'm not sure whether this is a but or just a configuration problem on my computer (Ubuntu 9.10).

I've created a shared folder on a remote server that should be accessible through webdav: by pasting https://mysite.org:2078 but when doing so, I simply get the answer "Could not display "https://usine21.org:2078". Access was denied."

Before considering this as a bug, maybe the question is rather only: Is my port 2078 closed, and how do I open it?

Simon
