Bug Description

I uninstalled the bluetooth apps and although the apps aren't present in the
system, the bluetooth icon is still present in KDE's system settings menu. The
icon appears with a default icon (those that appear by default when their
picture is no longer present) and when I click on it, the menu show a "empty
page" message.

Yeah, I've been able to reproduce this bug before and still can. I'm not sure on how System Settings works (KControl uses .desktop files to run the correct kcm* apps), so I'm leaving this assigned to jr.

This ought to be fixed in KDE 4 because it doesn't use a hardcoded module order but groups them logically.
