DocumentViewer hangs loading tiny PDF-files

Binary package hint: evince

Even a very small PDF is not displayed as DocumentViewer hangs while "loading". Evince is called by Firefox.

I'm using Hardy Heron 8.04 and installed all updates. The date is June 16.

Thank you for reporting this issue and trying to make Ubuntu better.

Does it it hang at "loading" if you try and open the file from the desktop? Is it possible that you could provide a link so I can try to recreate the problem myself?
