Bug Description
We should save framed boxes and texts in the PSTricks format when saving as SVG; if the 2.1 version uses the "true tex text", it is useless to save to create an SVG version of framed boxes, but they should be saved in raw pstricks text in order to be easily parsable in the 2.0 and 2.1 version.
