Difficulty Reordering Bookmarks with Drag and Drop

I am unable to reorder bookmarks using drag and drop. Not sure if this is a Firefox 3 bug or a Ubuntu bug.

Well, Acer finally fixed BIOS. Now there are no APIC at all. Updated to 1.40
version from 1.21
