Cannot restore toolbar and address bar in Nautilus after their removal

After disabling toolbar and address bar in nautilus, they cannot be brought back through Nautilus menues. The menu entries to show/hide the bars simply disppear and there is no way to bring the bars back.

To trigger the bug, right-click on a toolbar and uncheck the menu, main, and address bars. Ta-da, now you can't add them back! Note: If you did this to yourself (like me) open gconf-editor to Apps > nautilus > preferences and check the boxes next to the start_with entries for the toolbars you want. Suggested fix: Add a toolbar customization tab to properties dialogs.
