Descriptions on documents not rendered differently

Bug Description

Many Grok documents have descriptions up at the top - those little paragraphs or sentences that summarize what the document is. When you view the document currently, the description is put at the top, and, unless the author then began their document with a heading, there is no gap between the description paragraph and the subsequent one.

The site should make the description a <blockquote> and maybe make it a different color or font or style, to make it clear that it's meta information. It should certainly not, as currently, look like part of the same paragraph as the actual beginning of the text of the document.
