Img size incorrect when specified with ex

This test page wasn't shown correctly under linux (ubuntu 8.04).

The first image should have an with of 2ex.

But, starting very small scale(ctrl-), and using ctrl+ to scale up the page, one instead find that first image size,
"go up, go up, go up, go DOWN, then go up, go up"

It should always go up with ctrl+.

I am not sure I can follow, but I guess your testcase is good enough
to forward upstream ...

Please file this bug upstream (bugzilla.mozilla.org). use the
"Core -> Layout Images" Component to file this against. Please do a
search on the advanced page (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi)
against that componnet first to prevent filing a duplicate. (maybe
broaden your search on the complete Core/Layout component or even
Core/GFX)

Using ctrl+/- to scale up/done, the 2ex img size is too large when not
scale, and it goes back normal when ctrl+++, or ctrl--.

 From my current version of firefox installed on ubuntu, seems it has
been fixed.
I didn't send it upstream though.
