Bug Description
The BCDC++/DC++ does not show "Hub is full" message, but it received this ISTA command...
In BCDC++ 0.706bx (with "sarf is here" option)

Yes, i can confirm. Also, ISTA doesnt work if the hub sends a STA before its IINF, that's because DC++ uses the hub name to display the STA ( which does not yet exist until IINF )
