Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I can open the midi file the first time I open rhythmbox, but then if I want to open a midi file again, it will ask to "Search for suitable codec" then I can't open any midi file any more.

To reproduce:
1. open rhythmbox
2. click a midi file and play
3. click the midi file again, or click another midi file
it will pop up a window "search for suitable codec?"
4. click "search"
it will search, then "There is no matching application available.". Then I can't play any midi file at all.
