Syntax highlighting for .ini files

Add syntax highlighting for .ini files to gedit.

It would make it easier to inspect and edit .ini configuration files.

For example:

Yes, I now see it tat it already exists a .ini file hightlighter in gedit.

However, when I open a .ini file, it does not syntax hightlight it. I have to goto the menu and select View > Highlight Mode.

When I open a .tex or .c file, its syntax highlighted, but when I open a .ini file, its not syntax highlighted.
This seems to be a bug...

Yeah, I know.
Because I assumed .ini syntax highlighting did not exist.
Then I found out it did.
