Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Compiz causes the text in the 'Now Playing' dialogue in Amarok to overlay with seemingly random bits of text. This only happens after changing workstations and will go away if I minimise and then restore amarok. I submitted this bug to the amarok dev team but they reckoned it was caused by compiz.

This is on Ubuntu 8.04 with amarok 1.4.9.1 Compiz is whatever the latest version in the software channel is.

I am also getting this behavior.
Its not only the text, it is also the amarok progress bars which are shown when "building library" for example, which stay there even after the operation is completed and only disappear when amarok is minimised/restored.
Amarok is the only app that I have noticed this happening in.
