Bug Description
The Bazaar tag command does not obey the --quiet option.
$ bzr tag --quiet mytag
Created tag mytest.
I would have expected it to not print anything.
$ bzr --version
Bazaar (bzr) 1.3.1
Python interpreter: /usr/bin/python 2.4.2.final.0
Python standard library: /usr/lib/python2.4
bzrlib: /usr/local/
