"always show tab bar" option problem

when unticking "Always show tab bar" in preferences or via about:config the desired affect works only until I restart the application, when my preference is reverted back to being ticked

try to disable your extensions in tools -> addons. let us know which
extension caused this (if any found).

I have reproduced this bug, and it goes away when I disable the Full Fullscreen 3.1 addon.
