Bug Description

Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 LTS
Happens after attempting to create a PPC machine in virt-manager. Machine was not created in virt-manager.

Unable to complete install '<class 'libvirt.libvirtError'> virDomainCreateLinux() failed Failure while reading monitor startup output: Input/output error

I have the same exact problem and message using kubuntu 8.04 after attempting to create a window XP sp3 in virtual machine management:

I get this bug in Karmic 9.10 when trying to create a Win XP guest with 256 MB using 1 core booting over PXE.

The error I get is:
