Wesnoth does not start

Bug Description

If ttf-dejavu is installed to allow wesnoth 0.9.7-1 to install, it fails on amd64 with all campaigns installed with the following error:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'zipios::FCollException'
  what(): Zip file consistency problem. Failure while reading zip file central directory

The version of libzipios++ in Debian fixes this bug.

New zipios++ has been synced with Debian. Can you please verify this fixes it since I don't have an amd64 platform to test? Thank you.
