can't see progress when mirroring a branch

Bug Description
Sometimes, when setting up a mirror for a bzr branch, mirroring fails with the following message (or similar):
"Launchpad has not been able to mirror this branch. The last attempt was 56 minutes ago. (KeyboardInterrupt) Launchpad will try again shortly."
The message then remains like this *during* the next mirroring attempt, instead of indicating that mirroring is in progress.

Good call. I think fixing this would make the mirroring process a lot cleaner.
We can do it by hooking into the startMirroring event for that branch.
