Bug Description
I am using xorg-driver-fglrx 6.8.0-8.
When I start the xserver with TV-out on my display's brightness goes to
maximum.The TV-out screen is normal.
If I write
Option "SWcursor" "on"
Option "HWcursor" "off"
to Xorg.conf file the brightness problem goes away but my mouse cursor isn't
working correctly.

Exactly the same trouble !!! happy, i'm not alone ;-) ... it's since breezy ;-(
there are 2 solutions :
- yours, with "Option ?Wcursor"
- or unplug the cable from the "output tv" from the card ;-(
