uses 'sudo' command to copy files to /etc/X11

Bug Description

Currently xorg-changer uses the 'sudo' command before copying a file to /etc/X11, however this makes it so only users on Debian-based systems can use it. Users should just be asked to run the whole program as root / superuser.
