Bug Description
Some user images appear to be extra-small when rendered. They appear nearly 50% smaller sometimes worse than the standard twitter user image size.

The difference between a properly rendering twitter profile image vs one rendering too small appears to possibly be DPI related. Compared 2 images, one that rendered small was 300dpi where the one that rendered normal was 100dpi.
