All-Howtos-and-Tutorials on one page view

Some people requested to have all the howtos and tutorials content (http://grok.zope.org/feeds/all-howtos-tutorials, based on a Collection object) presented on one page, which if I understand correctly means:
- Show the whole content for each doc item (not limit to Title + Description).
- Show all items on a single page (with no batching)

We could add that while keeping the option of the current presentation, i.e. the user will have 2 links and choose the one with the expanded contents if they want.

I propose we add a template which will copy code from 'atct_topic_view.pt' and modify it to fullfill the specific need.
