GThumb cannot read EXIF data from NEF files

Binary package hint: gthumb

I try to read EXIT data from raw pictures (NEF): right-click over the photo > properties > EXIT tag. The window then looks void, blank, no data, nothing.
Of course, after exporting this picture into JPEG format, I still cannot read EXIFs.

I'm using gThumb 2.10.8 over Ubuntu Hardy Heron. My camera is a Nikon D80.

2.10.8 can not read NEF metadata.

The trunk version can, but it isn't released yet.

Has this been fixed in 2.10.10 in Intrepid?

No, it won't be fixed until 2.11.x (i.e., it's in trunk).
