We should be able to create an Ubuntu/Debain package by just typing "ant dist-deb".

Install the packages `devscripts' and `lintian'. Download the Debian
patch [1] from the source package for Freeguide and apply it. In the
unpacked and patched source directory, run the `debuild' command. If
you need a hand with any of this, drop me a line. I'm a big fan of
Ubuntu's work. Enjoy it!
