samba shared fat 32 drive is now read only and permissions will not change after updating

Bug Description
This issue arose after I ran the automatic update ap in 7.1 and installed all updates. We can access the samba share on a fat 32 drive but the permissions are locked at read only. The permissions will not change via the File Browser properties.

thank you for your bug report, is that a share which has different credential when being browsed anonymously and using a login?
