Bug Description
The window can be closed with the X in the corner, but it's a bit inconsistent as all other preference sub-windows have close buttons.
Tested in a KVM image at 800x480.

this is a sizing thing again. The dialog exceeds the screen size. Do we have a master bug to tackle this in a generic fashion for midbrowser?
