Bug Description
to reproduce (in hoary), start open keyboard preferences
(system-
Click add and select "Dvorak". Notice there is no Right alt key mapped in the
diagram, only a blank key where it should be.
When this keyboard is added, go to "layout options and ->Group Shift/Lock
behavior. The default is for both alt keys to toggle the group, so now pressing
both alt keys will switch from "USA" do "Dvo", but not back, because the Dvorak
map is missing the right alt key.

Thanks for your bug. The current packages for 5.10 have no "Dvorak" choice, what
variant do you use? Could you make a screenshot of the issue or try with Ubuntu
5.10?
