choosing launcher icon in awn-manager takes to long

Bug Description
If you add a launcher through the awn-manager and you want to choose an icon, you don't get direct the 'select icon' dialog
steps to repro:
- open 'awn-manager'
- goto 'Launchers'
- press 'Add'
- press the icon
Expected result:
- the 'Select Icon' dialog shows direct
Actual restult:
- the 'Select Icon' dialog doens't show direct, but it takes 3-4sec to load.

Yep. This is the amount of time it takes to populate the "Stock/In Theme" part of the icon chooser. There was probably a reason why I cached the icons on startup instead of on the first view of that section, but I don't remember why at the moment.
